Disappointing experience with Telkom Store- insurance claim rejected and unfair charges

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from telkom Store. WE purchased two phones with a contract and opted for insurance to cover any damage or theft. Unfortunately, one of the phones was damaged in an accident, and we expected the insurance to kick in...Telkom store refused to provide a replacement or repair the phone ,despite us having paid for insurance every month To make matters worse ,they were charging us extra money monthly without clear explanation, which added to our frustration .Now they've seen listed us with credit barriers, which is affecting our credit score.. The lack of transparency ,poor customer service ,and unfair practices have left a sour taste in our months . We urge potential customers to think twice before signing up with telkom Stor ,especially if you're considering their insurance plan
