Disappointing Experience at Telkom Bryanston

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Telkom Bryonston. On March 31st, I purchased a contract iPhone 16 with the help of sales representative Noxolo Caroline Mki. However, when I tried to insure my phone, I discovered that my name was incorrectly written on the contract.

I immediately brought this to Noxolo's attention, and she informed me that it would take a month to rectify the error, which means I'm currently unable to insure my phone due to the mistake. To make matters worse, Noxolo has become unresponsive to my attempts to contact her. She doesn't reply to my texts, leaving me on "read" without any further communication.

The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service have left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend purchasing from Telkom Bryonston or working with Noxolo Caroline Mki. The experience has been disappointing, and I hope that the store takes steps to improve their service.
