Disappointing customer service

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Telkom for months to no avail. I even went in store and was referred to the call centre who were of no help. I followed a thread of unhappy customers on LinkedIn who had similar issues and decided to also reply. Telkom then sent a generic message asking for a direct message with my details, which I did. This was 3 weeks ago, still no response or progress on the cancellation.
