Disappointing , appalling service from Telkom

For the past 2 months I have been waiting in angst for Telkom to install a WiFi line into my apartment . I have called , mailed , visited stores , called again - to absolute no success. With capturing deals and capturing staff the service provided is of pathetic nature for such a well known brand . I have over the years heard millions of complaints about poor service but having experienced it first hand , I am absolutely appalled at how this massive company is extremely comfortable raiding your bank account to pay for lines that have been cancelled and over charging you for accounts you hold , with very little concern on the new business they are to gain . One begins to think that their main source of income is to ran sack your bank account and completely take utmost and complete advantage once they have suckered you into their capturing deals . It is by far the most disappointing experience I have had with any company . I would suggest over and over again to any person looking to acquire their services , to strongly consider every other option before going with this one.
