Disappointing and unacceptable service

I have communicated with the call center spoke to a Busisiswe and a Lehlonolo who said they can't see anything wrong with this contract and that it is up to date. However my account is still suspended for a paid up account. I sent proof of payments just yo confirm debit orders did go off but because they did not upload my credit they suspend my lines.

This is so disappointing and unacceptable as they now putting me in a negative.
