DISAPPOINTING AND APPALLING SERVICE DELIVERY

I am beyond frustrated with @TelkomZA with its high incompetence. I was due for an upgrade, and I have been sent from pillar to post. I am being told that my device was delivered, but I received NOTHING. On top of that, now that I have been querying this, I am now being told that there is no show of me ordering the device or an upgrade. I want to terminate my contract with @TelkomZA altogether and even that is now proving to be a mission that none of the consultants can help me with. I am so angry and disappointed in this service provider and I want assistance with this issue. How can no one help me with this order and why did I have to call the courier company myself?!!! From calling 10213 to calling 081180, no one can assist or find my order or cancel it. Such appalling service delivery.
