Disappointed with the Terrible Service From Telkom

Hi I have had terrible experiences with Telkom. I have upgraded from ADSL to Fibre and I am being billed for both. I went into the Cresta Branch and they said they couldn't help me and referred me to the call centre who also couldn't help and referred me back to the branch. I am so shocked that Telkom staff do no know what they are doing. I am terribly disappointed with the pathetic service I have received from the Cresta Branch and even though I logged a dispute with the call centre a couple of days ago no one has called me as yet.
