Disappointed with the service

Am really really disappointed with the service am getting from you, No one is willing to assist with my query, the call centre keeps on telling me there is nothing they can do, since the 13th complaining calling everyday and i even went to the branch, they keep on saying they will log a call for it to be resolved, now my phone has been blocked, i can not receive calls. this is my work cell phone number, it has been more than 15 days complaining about this, they say they are not sure why their managers are not resolving this i have received a notification that my account is in arrears, but the money has been hanging from your account no one wants to allocate this to my accounts i am not sure what to do anymore for me to be assisted am emotional drained by this whole thing, you guys used to call me everyday, but now that i have an issue no one is calling anymore
