Disappointed with Telkom service - Horrible service

Telkom only cares to take your money and nothing else. I have been paying 850 rand per month for 10mbps wifi internet in Misty Cliffs Cape town. Only speed I get is 2mbps maybe 4mbps. After reported this matter several times still nothing is been done. The agents are saying don't worry we will fix it but nothing happens.

What a ripp off!! I hope that Telkom gets bankrupt so that someone else comes up and provides private and better service. I look forward to have Fiber connection in Misty Cliffs. This way I can get away from Telkom (professional ******s)

Pay 850 rand for what!??? Do your job and at least have the courage to say that we cant provide you what we promised.
