Disappointed with Telkom service

I’m so disappointed with the service I received at Telkom wander park . I app**** for contract phone on 28th June, I called the number online. Spoke to the lady she told me the application is approved but the applications was done at the store next to Edgar’s so she can not assist me further.

I asked the numbers for the store, she said they do not have a phone, I should come to store.

From half past 15:34 until 16:40 waiting for assistance.

The guy who was helping tells me that he can not see the application but he called my name without me telling him. He said I should come when the lady who help me with application is around.
