Disappointed with Telkom

Telkom must explain where my data disappeared to, because it's not possible that on Saturday data is loaded and I do not use my data the whole weekend and by Monday I don't have any data left.

Calling the call centre is even worse every time I call the call is dropped no answer no nothing. Even the Telkom chat does not help because no one is responding to my chats. It's been 3 days now trying to get hold of anyone from Telkom.
