Disappointed with Telkom

Please read this (I know it's a bit long) and please share to warn everyone signing a deal / contract with TELKOM On the 6th of January 2018 I signed a new cell phone contract with Telkom at their office in Eastgate shopping center. Included in the contract was a Samsung charger that you just lay the phone on it to charge the phone. After filling in and signing all the paperwork, I was told that they ran out of chargers but I would get mine in 3 or 4 days time. After numerous call ins to the Telkom shop I was informed that they were still waiting for Samsung to supply the chargers. Yesterday, 26/02/18 I received a much waited call for me to pop in and collect my charger, but when I get there I get handed a Samsung portable power pack. I complained to the person that gave it to me, saying that, that wasn't what the contract that I signed for and agreed to. He tells me that unfortunately that is what Samsung sent them, and I told him that I don't care what Samsung sent, but that is not what Telkom promised me I would receive. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager repeated basically what the assistant had said and that T&C's apply, and I told her that I signed a contract that I'm bound to honor and in return Telkom has in turn also agreed to give me what they advertised, so she told me again (several times) T&C's apply. So my question was, how can you offer a package deal but you run out of chargers but not phones if it's a package deal, surely it's false advertising to advertise something you don't have. Is that not *******? I told her that I was not accepting the power pack in place of the charger and she told me that if I didn't take it, I wouldn't be offered anything else, so I'd better take it. So my question now is, what's my next step, who do I speak to to sort this issue. I would also like to let everyone know that if you are signing a deal with Telkom, be sure to receive everything that you're supposed to because they can just turn around to you and say T&C's apply. I am disappointed that such a major company has no integrity, I'm very disappointed in Telkom and will in future not recommend anyone to deal with Telkom
