Disappointed to say the least..

As per my last review ,I have not been called by Telkom,monthend they took their money like they have been doing for the past years and I called them on 2 August and the consultant confirmed my money was taken but could not reconnect my suspended sim for data,this is what we get for being loyal to Telkom,who is going to compensate me for the weeks I am paying for without any data?
