Disappointed of the HORRIBLE COMEBACK after the DEVI SHOW!!!!

Telkom you incorrectly billed our account before suspending our line. We have an uncapped line so how can we over use our account. Then you acknowledge your incorrect billing, the 25th May 2023, refunded us the error debit.and reconnected our service. But then you charge amd debit me R260.21 for reconnection😡🤬😡🤬. Does this make sense to you...you suspended in error debited in error. You acknowledge the error and refund but charge for reconnection of YOUR ERROR!!!!
