Disappointed Night Surfer change

I would really like to know what the criteria is to receive the 450GB Mo'nice night surfer offer. I use to subscribe to the LTE Smart Broadband 500GB for R50 offer before they stupidly decided to discontinue this service. Then, I qualified for the 450GB Mo'nice offer. I always ensured that for both bundles I always used half the data, at least. How shocked I was at the beginning of June when the offer expired, that I was offered a 5GB for R5 offer.

However, when I now try to select this offer I get the following message:

" Unable to provision, maximum Opt-Ins have been reached for the Opt-In period. (2 per CAMPAIGN). "

What does that even mean? I thought Telkom loved taking your money. I know it's just a R5 but I kept buying the data, as I'm a gamer and download games every month, Therefore, I heavily rely on night surfer data.

So to recap, please answer:,

1) Criteria for 450GB night surfer bundle. 2) Why can't I purchase your 5GB for R5 night surfer

All this has changed my faith in Telkom.
