DISAPPOINTED - LEGAL HAND OVER FOR R99

I have an existing contract with Telkom, been a client for years. End of last year (NOV), one contract ends and i take out new sim top up. January i get sms from Attorneys i owe Telkom. How can this be i have a running debit order ??Attorneys cant provide info and refers me back to Telkom. Oh gosh they have wrong banking details for me , a nedbank account, which i never had in my life . They change it and takes effect February, meantime i must pay the R200 for Dec N Jan and i pay it same day. Today, 29 Jan, Attorneys contact me again ? i am inconvenienced and this affects my credit profile. Why could someone not phone me in Decemeber and say I owe R99 ...really TELKOM !!!! DISAPPOINTED
