Disappointed in the Mobile Service from Telkom

Good Day, I am deeply disappointed in the Telkom Mobile Sales Team and the manner my application was handled with a lack of communication regarding a phone order and after I had to follow up the application had 2 decline reasons that was not explained to myself at the time.

I expected better service from Telkom Mobile been an existing Client on their Data base.
