Disappointed in telkom for rejection my upgrade due to debt review but opened 2 contacts while under debt review with telkom

Been with telkom going over 2 years when I signed up my 1st contact i had a judgment against my name yet the contact was accepted then i went under debt review, never placed my contact under debt review as I could afford it,while under debt review I was able to open 2 more contacts and got accepted, never once have I ever missed a payment,I was even called and told I'm should a good payer and was offered another contact but I rejected it, now I'm due for an update and went into the telkom shop sat for over 2 hours to be told sorry u been declined an upgrade due to debt review but how was I able to open 2 contacts while under debt review never missed a payment but cant upgrade I'm so highly disappointed
