Disappointed in Telkom

I am very disappointed in Telkom. My debit order was scheduled for the 25th of April. On the 25th I deposited money into my acc for the debit order but the debit order still went RD. I then however did an eft by the 28th. Financially it has being very difficult due to the lockdown. However I still made sure my expenses were paid. Telkom is so ungrateful that they still went ahead and charged me the R200 rejection fee despite my request to remove it. I am really disappointed in Telkom.
