Disappointed in Telkom

I have completely lost trust in Telkom. My number has been suspended since August, despite being on a month-to-month plan and continuing to make manual payments every month. I’ve called multiple times, spoken to several agents, and yet no one seems able to resolve this issue.

Telkom continues to receive my money, but I am not receiving any service in return. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete disregard for customers.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be reporting it on every consumer platform and social media channel to ensure others are aware of the poor service and ********* practices I’ve experienced.
