Disappointed customer, pathetic service from telkom cornubia

I am very disappointed with telkom cornubia.... I app**** for a deal a week ago and didn't have my pay slip I then emailed my pay slip and went into store today they advised that they are changing my deal however the lady that helped me was not in and they could not access her computer which really wasted my time and them telling me to come back next week.....
