DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Hi I am having issues with my wifi....there seems to be a network connection issue...I have been calling telkom everyday to assign a technician to do a call out but I have had no luck. I am really disappointed as I am currently working from home. I am at a point of cancelling my contract with telkom and switching to another service provider
