DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

I was there at SOUTH COAST MALL TEKOM yesterday to request for a sim swap for a contract sim-card just before quarter past 5, they told me that they cannot assist me it's late whereas they close at 5:30pm. I explained that this is the only chance I get since I am working and that I urgently needed the sim, they said they are not going to be able to assist me during the week if I come at that time, I should rather come on Saturday, mind you it was still Monday.

I am sitting here wondering is this the kind of service they want to give us as customers, even worse my contract is due next month, will they expect me to go to them? NEVER!

I am also wondering if I was gonna get the same treatment should I have gone for an upgrade, was it still gonna be late when I bring the business?

They might as well close at 5:00 pm if they cannot serve customers before quarter past.
