Disappointed customer

I am very disappointed in their service, so they didnt bother to debit my account for January because i "apparently "didnt pay for December, when i called to ask them to check they confirmed that payment for December has been recieved, now this month they wanna tell me that im in arrears?how the hell could that be possible when they have my details,funds was sufficient for debit order to go off,then to surprise i received a message this morning from my bank to inform that a debit order has gone off,bare in mind that my debit order date is at the end of each month,so basically they are blaming me for their incompetence, i always advised my family to go to telkkm becuase they are a great service provider, but after this,im cancelling all my recommendations, i am really disappointed in this and their customer service.
