Disappointed Customer!!!

I am so over Telkom honestly! On my credit report it shows that there was a payment missed after I cancelled my WiFi & paid my cancellation fee. I have been phoning but to I am getting no assistance this is getting out of hand and i am sick and tired of it .

Never will take anything with Telkom again!
