Disappointed customer

I am at a place where I don't know what to do with Telkom consultants. It has been 3 days, my phone is still suspended, having made a lot of calls, and for what? They make promises they can't keep and expect you to be calm for how long. I have close to 7/8 lines, but only my line, the person who ****** pays the bills line is suspended. I'm so disappointed, actually want to say bevok for these people. How many times am I supposed to call, and still nothing, but come the month end I will be billed, and for what?
