Disappointed customer

I am experiencing terrible service from telkom. My debit orders is all up to date and telkom has still suspended my network. I have called the call center numerous times on a daily basis and they keep promising me that the service will be on by 8pm and nothing happens I even visited the store in Phoenix plaza today and there was no help?this is actually very disappointing especially cause it's the festive season time and I need to use my phone. I am posting this review from another account as my phone sim is still suspended even thou I paid on time.

Telkom is really so unprofessional and slack highly in customer service.
