Disappointed Customer!!

An application for a ADSL Line was done under my name Angela De Gois. I got given a order number *** from Telkom & a technician came out to my house just after 3 pm and said he would come the next day to complete the installation but till now he has never pitched up. I have taken 2 unpaid leave day as I received sms's from Telkom that a technician will be coming to my house between 07:30 and 16:00 but NO ONE arrived. I have called 10210 numerous times & wow what *********** people are employed there, if the phone doesn't just get put down by \accident"they just don't know how to answer or even escalate the problem to higher authority. I am sure by next year we will still not have an ADSL line!!! I received another sms this morning stating that the installation is scheduled for today between 07:30 and 16:00. I was so excited that finally things are happening so I quickly drove to a friend to give him my house keys as he is on leave to go to my house & wait the whole day for the technician & a few minutes after I got back to work I read another sms from Telkom stating that the installation for order number *** is scheduled for the 26.01.2016. WTH!!!"""
