Disappointed customer

I am a very disappointed and frustrated customer. I was due for a Telkom upgrade and they advised that they do not have the phone I wanted and referred me to Istore. I went to Istore Mall of Africa and got assisted with paperwork, thi gs got ugly when I could not get the mandate to approve the Debi check on my banking app I was told that there is a problem with my bank. I left the store and went to my bank personally and they confirmed that there is absolutely nothing wfo g with my app. Today I went back to Istore and was told that they need to get approval from Telkom. The poor staff were escalating and e scaling to Motlatsi Monene who was not really helpful. I ended up leavi g the store after spending more than 6 hours standing hoping to get this resolved. I feel like I am not considered important in their business, maybe they have better customers that bring more income to Telkom unlike myself. I will never refer anyone to do a Telkom upgrade again.
