Disappointed client

To whom it may concern, I am deeply disappointed with Telkom cell phone insurance finrite, I have sent an email on the 10.03.2020 to *** to have my cellphone insurance cancelled, I didn’t get any reply. I called telkom on the 19.03.2020 spoke to some guy forgot the name but his email is *** he said I should forward him the email so he can escalate to the relevant department for cancelling till today nothing. I feel they are depriving my right to cancel my policy and they debited my account. policy number ***
