Disappointed client
Good morning. Can I please request that someone who is willing and ABLE to assist make contact with me. Telekom is charging me monthly for fiber that was never installed due to their trucks being “hijacked” twice. I have numerous ref numbers one being ***9 and emails directly to your staff and nothing is being done. I just received another invoice this morning for over R3000.

09 Jul 2019, 16:41I had to share. This is the response I got from Telkom. They want me to pay for their error then discount me. When I said no they told me to go to the store for help. When I went to the store they could not help because the call center was closed. Someone please help. “Kindly be advised if R1421.00 can be paid to our retentions I will add a discount and two months free to your line.”
