Disappointed client

3 weeks ago I have ordered a phone at telkom but even today I haven't got the phone because they are still verifying the address that was 2 weeks ago. Now when I want to cancel the order so that I can go to the shop and do the application at the shop I am told I can't at this stage of the order. I was hoping by good Friday I would have my phone but noo telkom said no.

I am really disappointed with this kind of service I really didn't expect it from telkom.
