Disappointed by telkom .. please rectify

nu debt was collecting on behalf of telkom and telkom says i owe them the debt that was paid in 2018 . . please ask nu debt and rectifiy ... your call centre they dont even check with the agency . . .Telkom Mobile *** here is my cell number ***
