Disappointed by Telkom. I hate this network!

Telkom is a ****!!! Stay away from this networ**** So I got offered a telkom contract late last year by a telkom consultant/agent, or whatever it is, over the phone and i took it. They delivered the simcard and everything went proper until i missed a debit in January. My account got suspended which meant i no longer recieved data from them. They then handed my issue to their attorneys, without contacting me first and inform me as to what I should do since they cannot get payment from me, becsuse i later changed my bank account. I went to their branch and was requested to pay R899,60 from R116, and they told me i was charged for all the months i wasn't even receiving data from them since it was now June. This didn't make sence nor did it add up when i did my own calculation. The worst part was that i was paying for a package i was no longer even being given. Anyways I went and paid at chechers as they had requested, returned to their branch to close the account and was told to pay R800 and something for cancellation. Never in my life had i have to cancel a contract i had payed up to date with money so i wasn't going to start now, i was simply being ******. I then requested an option that would take me out of this contract and they offered me a wifi router for another 24 months, but i still had to pay for the 1st contract to get closed but it was going to be R116 this time. I took the contract because i felt i had no other choice. I am yet to pay the R116 on top of the R899, 60 i have already paid, which has not cleared up until now by the way.

How can Telkom be so desperate to a point where they'll rob customers for money?? Such a huge company but a disgrace!! So disappointing..
