Disappointed by telkom

Been a client with telkom for 5 years now. A contract was expiring in July and I was getting calls daily or even twice to renew my contract of which i refused the offer. The i decided to give in and renew. But to my surprise i was given a new contract. The agreement was me porting the number. The consultant told me yes i can port the number once i have received my phone. Thus he ddnt mention that i have to go to the branch. I have a new born and had no nanny. Lines were crazy in the shops. I then called to say i need a recording of me and the consultant. A very arrogant guy called me with such a dismissive attitude and ddnt even give me the time of the day. Promised a recording but a month later dololo. Been getting calls to renew and I have been narrating one and the same story i dont know how many times. Was promised to resolve the matter and promised a call but nothing at all to this day. I am so dissatisfied with Telkom after i have given them business for such a long time . I had almost 4 contracts with them. I paid for a router for a full 2 years with no connection because they ddnt even bother to tell me that the connection is conditional.
