Disappointed by Telkom!!!

I am really upset right now. I have had all sorts of headaches with telkom just to get the run around for over a month. Now I call and get told to call the guy who came out to me which I did and he tells me he won't even be the person to come back and do the pole installation and whatever else is required. If this is the service I'm getting now, what will the after be like?????
