Disappointed, angry and ****ed

Am very very very very very very angry and disappointed because of this Fibre openserve telkom they are very wrong and it looks like a **** my Fibre has not been working for the past 2 weeks now but they debited the monthly fee I've been calling and calling telling me same story they will send a technician even now no one came they expect me to just keep quiet and do nothing while they are giving me a very bad service am soh ****en ****ed I can't even use the Fibre that I payed with my hard earned money
