Disappointed and hurt

The service experience I had with Telkom on the 22st of September was very hurtful. I had a despute regarding my Telkom invoice then I called customer care the lady by the name of Nhlanhla Mbonambi or mbonani helped me. The lady was very rude and impatient didn't want to listen to my query she just concluded that I will be billed no matter what. I was very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer to Telkom. Wont be recommending anyone after that treatment. Unfortunately I can't cancel my contract as it's due soon but trust me won't be renewing it again. Thank you Nhlanhla Mbonambi for your service you made me feel small and unworthy.
