Disappointed and being ignored

Good day.

I can't even begin to explain ti you how disgusted I am regarding above mentioned case number. Im being given the run around and even tho being assured cases are being escalated nothing is being done.

I was wondering if the department that deals with it my matter had superior that check up in customer service as I have now finally decided to request for Management email addresses.

Is there anyone that can really assist me. I have always believed that Telkom is the best but If my case can not be resovled in two months and no one bother to contact me. Its like screaming into a thunder storm.

I hope something will come of this mail.
