Disappointed and annoyed with Telkom

I have been stupid enough to renew my contract with Telkom because I thought they had changed. Towards the end of my previous contract,they started billing me correctly so I decided to give them another chance. To my disappointment and total annoyance,i found that hardly a month into the new contract,they have already started with their Nonsense. When I try to buy data they say my funds are insufficient because my balance is zero.i have not bought any data or anything this month but instead of being billed 239 as per contract,they say I owe R829 and when I call to ask them to explain this to me I do not get a straight answer.. Telkom is a cheap and good network,but they are full of **** when is comes to billing!!!!!! I will never renew my contract again or recommend it to anyone else!!!!!!!
