Disappointed and angry!!!

I made a manual payment for my contract which reflected on the 24th of July as I was overdue,I was told I would not be debited on the 31st but the debit order went off the next day!!!! I called in the following day for a refund and was told the debit order had not reflected,I should call in 24hrs once it reflects so they can process my refund.I have since called in 5 times in the past week and being told the following day......I have been treated unfairly,they debited my account on the wrong day and I'm being told their debit order has not reflected 7 days after it left my acc.I want my money back
