Disappointed

Im so tired of the bad attitude in the store i have 3 contracts with them but no service they dont know what they doing i couldnt update my contract for the s6 edge i must take another one out and i must supply all my documents again. I told the lady she must cancel it because thers no new phone they offering she wasn't bothered bout keeping me as a customer. But when ever you go to the store no one knows what's happening there n no one is interested in you. I have cancelled my 1 contract with them n moved to vodacom CANT wait for my ather 2 to cancel an move to your opposition where you get service with a smile. (just by working in vodacom cheaking phones the stuff knows you n gives you excellent service
