Disappointed ☹️

I am just having the worst of luck with businesses and customer care lately

I app**** for a tablet and I was told two weeks ago it's approved all good and well they said five business days and this was on my birthday thought yay telkom made my day

Two weeks later I receive no feedback nothing unless I call myself

I called them over the weekend they said it was mistakenly declined and will be reissued

Four days later and still nothing but a debit order mandate is sitting on my bank account for something I do not have 😞
