Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I am so angry with Telkom. I took a deal to pay R298 on a monthly basis, however, to my surprise, I'm being charged R649. I was billed R552.55 on the 20/04/2017 and then I was charged R649 from the 20/05/2017 to current. At first I thought I overused the data, however, I havent even used the data for this month and already they have sent my bill for R649. So it seems as if that's my standard fee. I want my money back, I didnt agree to this amount. This is unacceptable. I can't pay such a ridiculous amount!!!!!!!</p>
