Disappointed
<p>For almost 2 weeks I have been trying in vain to get any help from telkom...my landline and Internet stopped working on the 9th of February 2017 I was told a technician would be assigned to my problem... everyday I called and everyday I received the same pathetic excuses. I have wasted time and money trying to sort out the problem yet no one seems to care. Going into a telkom shop is even more frustrating!! Telkom just doesn't care it's pathetic...we pay for a service yet we receive no help or assistance</p>
