Disappointed

I had recently purchased the new A70 . I am thoroughly disappointed telkom won't help me giving me stories of franchise .if telkom Express is a franchise of telkom they should all provide me with the same information. My phone is within 7 days and the pictures are blurry as well as 2 spots that appear in the screen when taking pics in the evening . A bubble appears to be inside the lens . My previous old Samsung s5 camera is more clear than my A70 which has much lower specs than the A70 .I am really unhappy with this phone and would like to change it . I don't know how to receive any help !!!!!!! Dissatisfied and disappointed . Unacceptable to sell defective devices.
