Disappointed!!!

Good Day,

Due to the reason that normal WiFi is very expensive to do online, we have opted for the Telkom Wifi Capped Router at R147.50 per month. This is the amount I have been paying until lately at end the end of April 2019 my account was debited of R647, which I reversed because it was more than the agreement of R147.50.

Now I have received a call from Telkom advising that I owe them over R1295.14.00

This is unacceptable and I am not willing to pay for something that is outside of our agreement.
