Disappointed

Telkom wonderboom junction's service is useless. You wait for hours in a queue and there is no where to sit. I mean really there is old people standing atleast put a few decent seats so that customers can sit comfortable and it wouldn't **** you to put water there as well while waiting. And then the other thing is some of the staff is so rude. I was at Telkom today and one of the lady's there had a ****y attitude and then Telkom expects you to rade them 9/10 or 10/10.. bull **** if you don't change your attitudes to your customers no one is going to rade you that.. I hope Telkom sees this and do something about it otherwise your going to lose customers and I know I am not the only one complaining!!!
