Disappointed
I received a call from telkom about a month ago offering me a phone. I accepted the phone,but when they delivered it i didn't like it,I called the following day to ask them to come and pick up the phone they didn't. One person was sending me to another. I called more than once and now they sending me a statements saying that they will debit. How many times must I call this place. They must just come pick up this phone or something .I am very disappointed by them and their service, for them to wait for so long to come and pick up the phone.

27 Aug 2018, 07:34I went to carnival mall telkom to drop off the phone. NO one assistant me they just told me that I must wait for you guys to come and pick up the phone. Can someone please make a plan and come pick up this phone . The worse part is that you guys debited my account this weekend and i still haven't used it. What must I do telkom? your service sucks big time.
