Disappointed
I called your call centre to make an arrangement for my repayment then asked if they can provide me with a letter confirming my arrangement as my new employer is asking for it, the call centre tells me it will take 7-9 working days to get that letter?? what is so difficult about writing a confirmation letter? I have been unable to make payments because i've been unemployed now i got employment and i ll be able to make my payments but now telkom wants me to end up loosing the job because of a simple letter? Can someone please assist me with this? I desperately need this letter confirming the arrangement I have made please ASAP. I can't loose a job because of it. I went to the branch as well and they also couldn't help me.
